Health Funds Policy: 

Osteopathy with Dr Paul Gray Hicaps for  ALL private health funds, DVA and Bulk Billing. However for WorkCover we cannot put through an instant claim, however can provide a receipt for you to submit with WorkCover.

For Acupuncture with Dr Hui Xu (female)  - we can provide instant health fund rebates in store for all private health funds expect Bupa and HCF. 

For Acupuncture or remedial massage with Dr Jing Li (female) – Hicaps for ALL private health funds

For Massage:

Jersey – Hicaps for all health funds

Miyuki – Hicaps for all health funds

Samantha – Hicaps for all health funds

Frank – Hicaps for all health funds EXCEPT MEDIBANK + HCF

We recommend you plan to arrive for your treatment at least 10 minutes before your first session, and 5 minutes before any subsequent sessions.

Late policy:

We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your full treatment time. However, if you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, we may only be able to offer you your remaining time however we retain the right to charge full treatment fee. We recommend you plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to ensure this doesn’t happen.

Cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellation Policy Agreement:

Ipswich Massage is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.

Please call us at (07) 32816007 by 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged the FULL FEE for the missed appointment.

Cancellation by Facebook will not be considered.

Please note that if you simply do not show up to your appointment, or if you cancel at very short notice, we may also require pre-payment of future appointments and you will no longer be able to use our generous rewards points system.
