Booking Policy

Health Funds Policy: 

For services such as  Osteopathy with Dr Paul Gray we can provide instant health fund rebates in store for all private health funds, DVA and Bulk Billing. However for WorkCover we cannot put through an instant claim, however can provide a receipt for you to submit with WorkCover.

For Acupuncture with Dr Hui Xu  - we can provide instant health fund rebates in store for all private health funds expect Bupa and HCF. 

Currently instant rebate is unavailable for massage in store, accordingly you can still claim massage though your Private Health fund however you must request upon booking as to receive a receipt with the required details to claim.

We recommend you plan to arrive for your treatment at least 10 minutes before your first session, and 5 minutes before any subsequent session.

Late policy:

We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your full treatment time. However, if you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, we may only be able to offer you your remaining time however we retain the right to charge full treatment fee. We recommend you plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before your appointment time.

Cancellation policy:

In respect to our wait-listed clients, and also to our therapists who do not earn income if they are not treating, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. If you are unable to provide us 24 hours notice our policy is to apply a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your treatment cost.  This fee may be waived at the discretion of management only and on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation by Facebook or Email will not be considered.

Please note that if you simply do not show up to your appointment, or if you cancel at very short notice, we may also require pre-payment of future appointments to confirm them.
